An arty little nerd with too many degrees, Josh has never liked staying put just doing one thing; teaching theatre and music in schools across London and Beijing, assessing the Army as undercover infantry recruit, being shot at all winter in a paintball centre, refereeing late-night-naked-sock-wrestling, working for years as a Lead Creative in a big Media Agency being all very important with ideas until now, finally... he gets to make what matters.
